It's hammer time! Brisbane auction results live

Some $17 million has exchanged hands at Ray White's June auction event at the Calile Hotel in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, where 12 properties were going under the hammer. All the latest in the auction blog.

There are 99 homes that made it to  auction today, including Brisbane's first block of flats for women that was built by department store pioneer TC Beirne in the 1930s and an absolute riverfront home at New Farm, three doors down from the Merthyr Bowls Club.

We're also expecting a massive sale on the Sunshine Coast,  seven blocks of land will go to auction in Greenbank's Covella community, and first-home buyers will have the chance to move in to Sydney St at New Farm.
