Ten other homes that had been scheduled to also go to under the hammer at the auction extravaganza Wednesday have already sold prior to auction.
The auction extravaganza, which kicks off at 2pm, involves homes listed by Ray White Catanzariti Family Group, Ray White Tugun, Elanora and Ray White Sherwood, and Graceville offices.
A four-bedroom house at 6 Lenna Court, Mount Warren Park in Logan sold prior for $800,000.

Ray White Queensland chief auctioneer Gavin Croft confirmed 200 parties had registered beforehand to bid on 44 homes, with an Elanora home attracting a massive 19 bidders before the event.
“We’ve got 54 lots. At the moment we have just reached 200 registered bidders which is really exciting. Obviously a few have sold prior,” he said at midday Wednesday. “Fairly well priced property is particularly strong, a lot of that is price point driven. There’s that real balance of affordability but in that top end there’s still strength. There’s real depth in particularly that $1m to $1.5m (demand) for houses.”

A three bedroom home in Elanora was the hottest property going under the hammer Wednesday, attracting 19 registered bidders.
Auctioneer Gavin Croft said 23 Currant Street was "a wonderful family home" in a highly sought after area on the Gold Coast. The home is on a 797sq m block just streets away from the beach at Palm Beach.
The home is a few streets from the beach.
It was listed by real estate agent Daniel Tavener and Dion Zorko of Ray White – Tugun as being in an elevated position in a quiet cul-de-sac.
"With hinterland and lake views, a large outdoor deck, living areas flow with raked high ceilings, a fire pit, and expansive front and back yard space, host friends and family with ease."
A family that built a six bedroom home in Moorooka on land they'd bought in 2014 for $370,000 have handed over the keys for $1.3m at auction.
The auction of the three bathroom, double garage home on 600sq m at 56A Currey Avenue was paused, before auctioneer Gavin Croft re-opened with the $1.3m offer.
The home is just 13 minutes drive from the Brisbane CBD, in the catchment of Moorooka State School, St Brendan's Primary School, with childcare, playgrounds and city bus stops within walking distance, and a local shopping precinct 1.5km away.

The three bedroom, two bathroom, double garage home at 1/68 Tallebudgera Drive Palm Beach, saw fiesty bidding that jumped in stages by $10,000, $5,000 and $1,000 amounts.
The owners had paid $289,475 for the property 22 years ago, with the new owner able to move in as soon as July.
The duplex is one block back from Tallebudgera Creek.
Bidding opened at $800,000 for the home, and within a minute had hit $1m after which over 20 more million-plus bids cast with two parties battling it out in the dying minutes to secure the property.
The property was described by auctioneer Gavin Croft as "one of the best you are ever going to find" given its stunning location and renovation potential.
A three bedroom home in Sherwood in Brisbane's west has broken through the million mark, selling for $1.14m.
The two bathroom, single garage house which sits on a 405sq m block at 25 Ettie Street, Sherwood, was bought by the owners for $722,000 in 2016.
The property was aimed at family buyers, with a spacious covered deck for alfresco entertaining, close to Sherwood train station, shops, elite private schools, shopping centres and the city.
A four bedroom house labelled a "summer dream home" has sold for $788,000 in active bidding during a mass auction in Brisbane.
The property located at 58 Bushgum Crescent, Upper Coomera, is on a 603sq m block and listed by Brad Wilson and Matt Maynard of Ray White Upper Coomera.

A two bedroom apartment at 402/30 York Street, Indooroopilly, kicked off a mass auction in Brisbane Wednesday afternoon, selling under the hammer for $642,000.
The 111sq m unit last sold for $550,000 in 2014, according to PropTrack records. It was listed by real estate agent Lisette Schults-Rand and Madeline Scott of Ray White Sherwood – Graceville as being close to transport and shopping.
Located on the fourth floor of the 'Insignia' development, the apartment has open plan living and dining, covered parking for one car, intercom and visitor parking.
Ten properties on a 54-strong list today have sold prior to auction, eight of which were from either Coomera, Upper Coomera, Ormeau or Pacific Pines. The highest early price paid was $1,055,555 for 66 Bridie Drive, Upper Coomera. Two other homes passed the $1m mark in sales prior to auction, both in Upper Coomera: 5 Seaham Court ($1.05m) and 29 Macleay Circuit ($1.03m).
