Lachlan Collin Dagg faces Warwick Magistrates Court on drugs, guns charges

When police raided a Killarney property following a family dispute, officers uncovered drugs and multiple firearms belonging to a teenager.
Warwick Magistrates Court this week heard Lachlan Collin Dagg, 18, had possession of two weapons during a raid on his grandfather’s property in August.
The weapons found on the property were a Ruger rifle and a 410 shotgun.
Police also found Diazepam on the property, which was Dagg’s place of residence.
Dagg pleaded guilty in Warwick Magistrates Court this week to possession of drugs and a category A weapon.
Dagg’s defence lawyer told the court their client was reported to police following a falling out with his grandfather, and the guns were used to kill pests on the property.
Magistrate Virginia Sturgess fined Dagg $450.
No conviction was recorded.
