Guide to day 3 of Snowflakes in Stanthorpe
Sunday is your last chance to play in the snowfields at the winter wonderland festival and watch some local performers hit the stage. But there is also one special event scheduled for one day only. Here is your guide to the final day of 2021 Snowflakes in Stanthorpe:

Sunday is the final Snowflakes in Stanthorpe day and that means there is just hours to cram in all the fun snow activities you may have missed or want to do again.
Due to COVID restrictions, the ice man challenge at Mount Marlay will be added to the list of cancellations, following the axing of the giant snow globes, climbing wall and sled dogs earlier in the week.
All hope is not lost, with the iconic frosty fun run to go ahead as scheduled on Sunday morning.
Here is your guide to the final day of Snowflakes in Stanthorpe:
Frosty fun run
Watch kids of all ages compete in a fun obstacle course.
Jumping over tyres and going under various equipment, this challenge will test agility, endurance and speed.
There are two rounds for ages 5 to 8 and one for 9 to 12 year olds.

Snowfields
Nothing quite says Snowflakes in Stanthorpe like the snowfields.
Anyone can play around in the icy magic making snowmen and throwing snowballs.
There is also an under 8s snowfield where the younger kids can enjoy some uninterrupted time playing in the snow.

Entertainment
Ready to heat things up on stage will be the numerous live acts lined up for the final day of the festival.
This is your last chance to see performances like Levi-X and Dad as well as local talents like Peter Salata among other performers.

Ice skating rink
Put your skates on and have a whole of lot of fun on the synthetic ice rink, which is also bigger than previous years.
Practise your skating moves while you glide on the ice, which is bound to be a whole lot of fun for everyone.

Tobogganing
Slide down the snow hill on your very own toboggan.
This is perfect opportunity for anyone to get a taste of flying down the snow.

Craft and merchandise markets
For a taste of some of the region’s finest foods head down to one of the food and produce stalls.
To walk away with a souvenir handcrafted by some local talent visit the artisan market.

Photo booth
Get together with friends and family and take some happy snaps in the enchanted forest photo booth.
Where you can also take home the photos to remember your adventures at Snowflakes.

Craft workshops
Get artsy this weekend and make badges or bunting in some fun workshops.
Decorate your badges with wintry inspired art or make some cool festive bunting decorations to hang around the house.

Zoom down a giant inflatable slide, with the wind in your hair and your hands in the air.
