The dashcam footage, shot from an idling vehicle, shows a person entering a Park Avenue address where two vehicles are parked.

The idling vehicle with the dashcam reverses out of the yard and another is driven out of a carport.

A Queensland Police spokesman confirmed the incident and said the two male victims alleged they were in a vehicle, when they were approached on either side by two - one allegedly armed with a gun and the other with a knife.

“On the driver’s side a person held a gun and demanded keys and property and a person approached the others side of the car and held a knife to the person on that side of the car and again demanded keys and property,” the spokesman said.

The spokesman confirmed the men were forced to kneel in the carpoint while the persons allegedly involved stole their vehicles.

The police spokesman confirmed the a Commodore crashed into a fence at the property and came to a stop.

The dashcam footage later shows the moment the second vehicle’s engine stopped in the Stockland car park outside KFC, about an hour after the theft by the timestamp, and the driver fleeing on foot toward High Street.

Police later attended the scene and the vehicle was towed.

According to QPS reports to date, the list of stolen vehicles since Tuesday night includes a white Ranger, a white Mercedes, a white RAV4, a gold Clubsport from Depot Hill and a gold Mazda Tribute in addition to the cars featured in this video.
