Marcus Jack Frau, 26, blew a reading of .193 when he was caught drink-driving on Queen Street, Yeppoon, on August 20.

The court heard that Frau caught the attention of police when he was seen mounting a curb “numerous times” while driving.

With no similar offences on his traffic history, Frau was fined $1400 and disqualified from driving for 10 months.

Author Valentine, 28, was caught driving unlicensed on September 5.

He also pleaded guilty to driving without an interlock device being fitted as required.

He was fined $800 and disqualified from driving for four months.

The court heard that Baynton’s driver’s licence had been suspended due to the non-payment of fines.

He was fined $1400 and disqualified from driving for nine months.
