A teenage girl has been missing since before Christmas in Mackay region

A 16-year-old girl has been missing since before Christmas and police are encouraging anyone with information to come forward immediately.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of a 16-year-old girl from the Mackay region are encouraged to contact police immediately.

Police are appealing to anyone with information about the disappearance of a 16-year-0ld girl missing in the Mackay region.

She was last seen on December 23 at a Mackay Shopping Centre along Mangrove Road, believed to be Canelands, and has failed to communicate with family since that time.

The girl is 170cm tall with blonde hair, blue eyes and of slim build.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of a 16-year-old girl from the Mackay Region are encouraged to contact police immediately.
