A woman has sustained serious injuries after falling from a water tank in Gladstone.
Paramedics were called to a private address in Gladstone about 5.02am Monday.
She was taken to Gladstone Hospital in a serious condition with head injuries.
The woman, aged in her 60s, remains in Gladstone Hospital and is now in a stable condition.
