Emergency crews were called to the fire on Harvey Rd, near Sundowner Rd, at 10.40pm.
The car was found in a carpark near Marley Brown oval.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman said the car, a Mazda BT50, had been stolen from a property in New Auckland earlier in the night.
When fire crews arrived the vehicle was “well alight” with two firefighters using breathing apparatus while putting out the flames.
A spokeswoman for Queensland Fire and Emergency Services said the fire was extinguished by 10.50pm.
Paramedics also attended but there were no patients reported on scene.
Fire crews and police left the scene just before midnight.
On Monday morning the charred shell of the vehicle was seen with a orange fencing surrounding it.
