Receiving an overwhelming response from Fraser Coast readers, the region’s cutest babies competition unfolded as an epic week-long event.
With only six votes between the winner and the runner up, Fraser Coast’s cutest baby for 2023 won by a narrow margin.
While there can only be one winner, truly all the newborns of 2023 are cuties, with infectious laughter, cheeky grins and big beautiful eyes which can melt the heart of anyone who catches their smile.
Stealing hearts across the region, more than 50 gorgeous bubs were nominated for the cutest baby, with five standing out among the rest, as voted by the readers.

Destiny Dilliway
With 17 per cent of the vote, 11 week old Destiny Dilliway from Tinana has claimed the title of Fraser Coast’s cutest baby for 2023.
The youngest daughter of Emma and Steven Dilliway’s seven children, Destiny is adored by all her siblings.
“She gets very spoiled,” mum Emma said.
“Her siblings love her to pieces and all fuss over her, even her two year old sister, Grace.”
Described as a dream child with a beautiful personality, Destiny is very advanced for her age.
“She has been able to roll from her belly to her back at 5 weeks old, started smiling at 6 weeks old and is almost giggling now.
She also started to sleep through the night from 10 weeks old but not every night.”
Almost three months old, Destiny slept through most of her first Christmas, but was able to grab some photos with Santa & and Mrs Clause in the lead up to the holiday, and was ‘absolutely adored’ by them.
“I felt very proud to be her mum,” Emma said.
“I’m also grateful to all the people that voted for her.”
Hudson Drew Tidy
With only six votes between him and the 2023 winner, nine month old Hudson Drew Tidy from Tinana has placed runner up for Fraser Coast’s cutest baby of 2023.
“Hudson is the light of our lives the first son, grandchild, nephew and is so incredibly strong and smart,” his mum, Meka Tidy said.
“He was announced to all our families on the night of our wedding and was a beautiful surprise.”
Rhylan William Gaddes
Rhylan William Gaddes from Urangan has ranked in third with 8% of the vote.
Born one month early, little Rhylan had an unbelievably hard start to his life, but now, at four months old he is smashing his milestones and taking the world on.

Willow Tarnia-Maria Morrell
With gorgeous blue eyes and beautiful brown hair, it’s no surprise five-month-old Willow Tarnia-Maria Morrell was ranked in the top five for Fraser Coast’s cutest baby, receiving 7% of the votes.
“She always has a smile on her face and is very talkative,” her mum, Nakita Maria Johannessen said.
“She is a very quick learner for a five month old, is very attentive and loves playing with her toys as well as jumping around in her Jolly Jumper.”
Willow Lavender Rodgers 6 %
Claiming fifth place with 6% of the votes, 10 month old Willow Lavender Rodgers has been described by her mum, Emily Rodgers as such a ‘sweet, cheeky, strong, beautiful, and determined baby girl.’
“Willow has shown so much strength from the very beginning of her life, being born three months early at the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital, where she spent a total of 105 days in hospital,” Emily said.
