Western Downs crash: Dalby motorcyclist, 59, loses life in single vehicle crash along Kumbarilla Lane
It’s believed a member of the public rushed to help after a Western Downs man crashed his bike along a rural road near Dalby.

Police have revealed the suspected cause of a horror single vehicle crash that took the life of a Dalby man in Kumbarilla on Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency services rushed to the motorcycle crash along Kumbarilla Lane at about 3.30pm.
A Queensland Police spokesman said preliminary investigations showed the 59-year-old motorcyclist failed to negotiate a bend on the rural road, 30 minutes south west of Dalby.
Police attempted to revive the rider of the red motorcycle, but he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
The Dalby Herald understands the man was discovered by a member of the public shortly after the reported crash, with police and paramedics attending shortly after.
Kumbarilla Lane was closed for several hours while the Forensic Crash Unit investigated.
