Police have surrounded a rural Qld property where its understood shots have been fired, and officers are negotiating with a man inside.

Police have swarmed an isolated South Burnett property after an alleged shooting on Thursday.
The alarm was raised after a person was allegedly shot at on the property at Schellbachs Road in Booie about 2pm on Thursday.
Police could not confirm the victim was in a delivery vehicle.
However, the spokeswoman said police were negotiating with a man inside the house
Specialist negotiators have been called in and drivers are advised to avoid the area.
