A woman had to be taken to hospital after a two-car crash at one of Bundaberg’s busy intersections.

A woman believed to be in her 70s had to be taken to hospital after a morning crash in Bundaberg.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the crash, which happened about 9am, resulted in the woman being taken to the Friendly Society Private Hospital in Bundaberg.
Police and fire crews also attended and diverted traffic around the blocked intersection.
The crash is one of several on the Wide Bay’s roads since the start of the year.
On New Year’s Day, a ute rolled after two cars collided on Takalvan St.
