A man has been flown off Fraser Island after a chainsaw slipped and cut his leg on Friday.
A spokeswoman from the Queensland Ambulance Service said the incident happened about 11.24am at Eurong Village.
The man was taken to Hervey Bay Hospital in a stable condition.
