What the founder of health food chain Fishbowl eats in a day
Co-founder of Fishbowl Nic Pestalozzi, 29, shares his day on a plate.
8.30am Smashed avocado on sourdough with goat’s cheese and mint, a side of tomato and fermented chilli, and a strong oat latte.
12.30pm Chicken salad with kale, mixed leaves, cucumber, green chilli, cabbage, red onion, spicy broccoli, lemon olive oil, spicy shoyu dressing and tamari almonds.
2pm An apple and a Super Shroom latte – it’s a mix of cacao, spices and mushrooms.
6pm Kingfish and yellowfin tuna sashimi with capers and olive oil, as well as prawn mafaldine, bottarga, walnut pangrattato and a green salad, plus two negronis and two glasses of red wine.
8.30pm Hazelnut milk chocolate.
