Especially if, like Fairlight Gourmet Meats, they install a gun barista pulling Allpress Espresso's Carmelo blend from a green enamel La Marzocco, and a simple menu of wagyu burgers and black angus steak sandwiches - taken at a butcher's block table, of course.
