Even among the fancy renditions of steak, burgers, fish, ploughman's lunch and the famed pig's ear schnitzel, it's hard to go past the extraordinary roast pork belly - perfectly salted, the fat cooked so that it liquefies in the mouth. You'll want to get there early to be sure of a table for the separate lunch and dinner sittings, especially on Sundays, but you won't regret that you did.
