Baked-to-order manakish (Levantine pizzas) are the drawcard at this small bakery. The golden bubbly bases are topped with cheese and tomato or perhaps beef. Zaatar (oregano, sesame seeds, sumac and olive oil) versions are folded in half for cheap, easy snacking.
