Korean$$$
Don't be discouraged by the clinically clean decor, get past the plain wooden chairs, barbecue-ready tables and stark unadorned walls, and you'll find a comprehensive range of Korean treats, from quick bites to spicy hotpots big enough to feed a football team. Ease yourself in with bulgogi - sweet, impossibly tender sizzling beef - and haemool pacheon - a thick pancake with large chunks of seafood and veg. Challenge the palate with kim jjigae - crimson-red spicy soup that's blisteringly sour, and wash it all down with a Max, a light and dry Korean beer.
