Breakfast joints are the new place of worship on Sundays and Bent has a full house. Bent's coffee reputation goes from strength to strength with three Toby's Estate bean options and alternative brewing, but the takeaway queue is for regular coffees. Brekkie runs all day, and may include excellent baked beans with ham hock and spinach finished with two poached eggs- free-range of course. Worth the 20-minute advertised wait are the baked eggs, provolone, caramelised onions, tomato and chorizo. Focaccias and cakes are also popular, as is the lunchtime lamb burger. Bent's staff cope admirably with its many devotees.
