With the drive-thru back in vogue, new ventures have been popping up across Sydney this month like parking meters, as hospitality venues dust off their 2020 pivot plans.

The Black Market Coffee drive-thru in Marrickville has had a steady flow of the caffeine-obsessed super-sizing to the premium $10 Brazilian v60 Batch Brew.

There's another surprise when the lockdown lifts: Black Market will swing open its new tasting bar. The 45-minute tasting "experience" will be sit-in only, no drive-bys.
