Washington | Donald Trump had just begun his rally in Pennsylvania at around 6.15 pm on Saturday (Sunday 8.15 am AEST) when bystanders noticed a would-be assassin crawling onto a nearby roof.

“We noticed a guy army-crawling, bear-crawling, up the roof,” an eyewitness told the BBC. “You can clearly see him with a rifle.”
