Washington | Potential US presidential candidate and Maryland Governor Larry Hogan wants America to open up more national security investment opportunities to Australian companies such as diagnostics manufacturer Ellume, having opened its $135 million factory.
Brisbane-based Ellume won a $US230 million ($320 million) contract with the US Department of Defence to build rapid diagnostics manufacturing capability in Frederick, Maryland, close to Fort Detrick, where the US operates its biological defence program.
