Biden has brief window to fix world’s broken institutions
For the first time in more than 10 years, a US administration has an opportunity to lead reform and create new rules where there are none today.

His arguments as to why were usually wrong, often veiled attempts to find a scapegoat for his own domestic woes. His response to those institutional flaws was worse. Like the kid who takes their ball and goes home, Trump’s approach was to run away, not pursue reform.
