Washington| This week, former US president Donald Trump was taking in the anniversary coverage of the January 6 Capitol attack from Mar-a-Lago in balmy Palm Beach, Florida.
It’s a long way from the snowy chill of Washington, where this time last year, Trump sat in the White House dining room watching the attack on TV, and, according to fellow Republican Liz Cheney, doing nothing to end it.
