London, Washington | Israel has warned that Iran will face “consequences graver than it could ever have imagined” for its missile barrage against the Jewish state, with Israeli envoys telling the United Nations that Tehran must “pay a heavy price”.
The tense stand-off between Iran and Israel came as fighting intensified in southern Lebanon, with Israel and Hezbollah both taking casualties as their troops engaged in direct ground combat.
