London | Princess Kate has revealed that she is suffering from cancer and is undergoing preventative chemotherapy treatment, as she sought to end weeks of intense speculation about her health.

In a highly personal video message released early on Saturday morning (AEDT), the 42-year-old wife of Prince William, heir to the British throne, said she was well and hoped to make a full recovery. She asked for privacy while she focused on her treatment, which began in late February.
