Australian-based bishop among Pope’s new cardinal picks

Rome | The head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Melbourne was among 21 new cardinals installed by Pope Francis at the weekend in a ceremony marking the biggest infusion of voting-age cardinals in his 11-year pontificate.
At 44 years of age, Ukrainian bishop Mykola Bychok is also the youngest cardinal.
