Lynas Rare Earths boss Amanda Lacaze says Australian business leaders have work to do on cultural awareness to be more successful in doing business in Asia.

“I am going to try to say something somewhat controversial, which is [that] quite often we as Australians don’t recognise our unconscious bias with respect to other cultures,” said Ms Lacaze, whose company runs the only major rare earth oxide processing plant outside China.
