Sydney | Australian judge James Spigelman has resigned from Hong Kong’s top court in the latest blow to the city’s British-style legal system since China introduced new national security laws. *
A government notice published Friday said chief executive Carrie Lam revoked Justice Spigelman's appointment as a non-permanent judge on the territory's Court of Final Appeal on September 2.
