Tokyo | Two Australian residents with a Hong Kong government bounty on their heads say they are not worried about their personal safety because they are confident no other country would extradite them to Chinese-controlled territory.
Melbourne-based lawyer Kevin Yam said Hong Kong was further trashing its reputation as a global business centre by issuing an arrest warrant that most foreign governments would not comply with.
