Thailand's easy-going social culture has been both an attraction and a business challenge for Queensland engineering company Fibre King in making the shift to offshore production.
When the 90-year-old family business, which makes automated packaging equipment, decided to shift offshore, the Thai culture was a key factor in the decision, along with good infrastructure and a trade deal with Australia.
