Personal relationships between senior executives and employees should be allowed provided they are disclosed very early, according to a majority of readers of The Australian Financial Review.

The survey results follow allegations that Coalition frontbenchers Christian Porter and Alan Tudge had affairs with their own staffers and the resignation of Nine Entertainment CEO Hugh Marks after revelations he was in a relationship with former Nine managing director of commercial Alexi Baker.
