Joshua Montagu rarely takes up his employer’s offer to work from home once a week. He prefers to head into the office every day instead.
Living close to his workplace is one reason why. But the 24-year-old corporate finance analyst at Moore Australia says he also likes coming in to socialise with his peers and learn from his more experienced colleagues.
