More than one in three office workers are wasting the equivalent of a full workweek each year trying to decipher the meaning of unclear emails and messages sent by their colleagues, new Atlassian research shows.
Molly Sands, who leads the software giant’s Teamwork Lab, said it’s not just that some people are bad at writing.
