Founded in 2020, Australian Spatial Analytics aims to provide employment for young autistic people. The not-for-profit business is a finalist in the Government, Education & Not-For-Profit category of The Australian Financial Review 2024 BOSS Most Innovative Companies awards.

About 34 per cent of autistic people are unemployed, about 10 times the national average, says founder Geoff Smith.
