Critical thinking, problem-solving and using generative AI ethically and productively are among the top skills that knowledge workers need to thrive in 2025, say careers and human resources experts.
Also high on the list are skills promoting environmental sustainability, partly because new rules that came into effect on January 1 require large companies to include climate-related information in their annual reports.
