Rogue CFMEU protesters are defying administrator warnings that they will face consequences if they attend a mass walkout next week to protest the administration.

CFMEU NSW administrators sent messages to branch delegates on Wednesday instructing them not to attend or promote the November 12 rally in Sydney as it was “not authorised by the CFMEU and is likely to be taken to be unprotected action”.
