Pay transparency is set to become a bigger issue in the workplace, with a majority of talent experts pointing to it as a key trend for the future of work.

About 51 per cent of human resources professionals in Australia identified salary transparency as one of the top features that will shape the workplace and recruitment in a new LinkedIn survey of more than 5000 talent experts.
