Olympia Aldersey is a three-time Olympian, a member of the Australian women’s four that came ninth in the Paris Olympics, and a world record-holder in the women’s double scull over 2000 metres.

For the past two years, she’s squeezed in her training around a consulting job with professional services firm EY.
