Millions of workers could soon get more WFH rights
Millions of clerical workers could soon have the right to request working-from-home arrangements under proposed changes that business groups and employment lawyers say will empower unions to push for similar rights for all office workers.
Fair Work Commission president Justice Adam Hatcher said in a statement on Thursday that the commission would develop a working-from-home term that could give clerical workers covered by the Clerks Award the legal right to request to work from home.
