Construction companies are rolling out shorter working weeks, superannuation on unpaid leave and targeting a zero gender pay gap in a bid to boost the number of women in the industry.
It comes as the NSW government prepares to splash $20 million in Tuesday’s state budget to triple the number of women working in the construction industry.
