Downer EDI will require all new employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in response to growing client demand and as more and more employers seek to mandate the jab.

The national service provider, which owns Spotless Group and employs about 50,000 staff to do maintenance, cleaning, security and catering for hospitals as well as public transport, is already including the jab requirement in job ads and says this will apply to all recruits.
