What’s your exercise routine?
I train pretty much every day at F45 in Woolloomooloo. I’ve been at that gym for about seven years now and it has really challenged me physically and mentally. I definitely get my 10,000 steps in. My average is about 15,000 because I don’t own a car. And I’m going to do Hyrox early this year, which is an endurance event that involves a fair bit of running. So, I’ve just started to run once a week.
Can you describe your typical workweek?
I work in transformation for Woolies Metro. We have about 100 convenience stores on the east coast. My role is around taking the strategic priorities of the business and executing them every quarter. From Monday to Thursday, there are a lot of meetings. Wednesday is a transformation day, when all our agile squads and tribes have meetings.
