Portfolio secretaries are being asked to lead by example in developing the Victorian government’s path-breaking flexible work program of three days a week in the office.

The program establishes flexible work for 50,000 Victorian public service (VPS) workers as the government’s default position, with a focus on finding the best place to work to improve outcomes for the community.
