Adrian Fonseca hit the headlines in August when he paid $15.6 million for a mansion in the exclusive eastern Sydney suburb of Bellevue Hill.

The Indian-born deputy chairman of the Greater Western Sydney (GWS) Giants AFL team – and would-be chairman – paid more than $4 million over the price guide. And Fonseca already owns the house next door, which he purchased in 2018 for $14.4 million.
