The first time Boral chairman Kathryn Fagg met the company's chief executive, Zlatko Todorcevski, was in the driveway of the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney, on the way to announce Todorcevski's appointment.
It was June 15, just before Melbourne was hit by the second lockdown and Fagg, who lives in the Victorian capital, had a brief window to get on a plane so she could physically meet her new CEO for the first time.
