The high-profile fight to stop a 162-year-old Sydney private school from opening its gates to girls ended in a packed CBD courtroom on Wednesday with none of the emotion and tumult of the past few years.
For all the protesting outside the school and court action to stop the “woke” agenda since Newington College made its decision in 2023 to go co-ed, Justice Guy Parker put a swift end to the challenge.
