A childhood spent living in exotic places was the catalyst for Tourism Australia managing director and chief executive Phillipa Harrison’s stellar career.
“One of the defining experiences of my life was when my dad came home from work when I was eight and said, ‘I want you kids to know there’s more to this world than suburban Sydney and we’re moving to India’,” says Harrison.
