Growing up in Ireland as the tenth of 11 children, Dorothy Hisgrove learnt early on to carve out a space for herself.

“Being near the bottom of the sibling hierarchy, you learn to negotiate very early to find your fair share of attention, space, even finding a bed at night and finding food on the table,” KPMG’s national managing partner for people and inclusion says.
